Pablo leads the technical direction and coaching methodology Of Black Iron Golf Academy. With
more than 20 years Of experience in golf, his background combines professional playing, coaching
and academy management, with a Strong focus on long-term player development.
With a background in Sports Science, Marian leads the commercial and client experience side Of
Black Iron. Her role is focused on understanding each playe# needs and helping create a
personalized, professional and seamless experience from their first contact with the academy.
Victoria combines her role as Junior Coach with the coordination Of the academy•s student groups
and events. She helps ensure that each player•s experience goes beyond the lesson itself, creating
an organized and connected journey throughout the academy.
Daniel combines technical coaching with expertise in club fitting, equipment adjustments and
repairs. His role connects the player’s swing with the equipment they use, helping ensure that both
technique and clubs work together to support better performance.
With more than 15 years Of teaching experience in Spain and France, Pierre specializes in player
development and performance. His approach combines technical work, structured training and on
Course development to help players progress towards their individual goals.
Karla manages the administrative side of Black Iron Golf Academy, supporting the day to day
operation of the academy and helping ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly for
both players and the team.
The team has more than 10 years of experience training at all levels, from beginners to Alps Tour, European Tour and PGA Tour. Our technical director Daniel Colomar, ambassador for Spain of the prestigious Jacobs 3D programme, has extensive international experience, having trained, among others, players of the stature of Sergio García.
Two fundamental pillars of the academy are the development of female and junior talent, adapting each training programme to the style and age of each player.

Every player is unique, so no two swings are the same. We believe that each movement is intrinsic to the personality and nature of each person. We train trying to understand that essence, and through an agile and easy to understand model for the player we naturally integrate new habits that help to better assimilate the concepts making them last over time.
It is critical to analyse with data and statistics the movements, results, strengths and weaknesses in order to build a solid work plan for improvement. Now it is possible to have all this information in an accurate way thanks to technology and our team of experts in its use.
